Dipl. arch. Liliya Kadiyska – Manager, head of Investment Projects Activities.

25 years of professional experience as:

  • Chief architect of a municipality;
  • Expert in the National Construction Control Directorate;
  • Manager of a design company.

  • Administrative buildings
  • Urban planning related projects
  • Shops 

    Membership in the Chamber of architects.


    Ph.D. Ivo Dimitrov - Managing partner, chief of Management design activities, electrical engineer, Ph. D. in economics (Bulgaria) and in management (France).

    25 years of professional experience:

  • Industrial experience: chief power engineer, chief specialist Planning and financing of development and research activities, Marketing director, manager of a construction company
  • Teaching experience: over 15 years as a professor of economics and management in the Chemistry, Technologies and Metallurgy University of Sofia, leading professor in strategy and marketing in the Bulgarian-French Center MARKOM. Over 50 publications in the management field.

    Over 50 projects implemented in the management design field – mainly ISO 9001:2000 FPC and FPC and QMS. He is among the first specialists in the EU and the first one in Bulgaria who developed a methodology and construction of products model FPC. He elaborated his own methodology and FPC construction models such as a complex integrated management systems. Own methodology for ISO 14000, HACCP systems etc.

    Membership in the Technical Committee 34 to the Bulgarian Standardization Institute.
