Presently, the ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems and the factory production control (compliance with the requirements of the Construction products Directive of the EU new approach) constitute the major part of our activities. We also develop management systems in accordance with the requirements of FIDIC, under ISO 14000, under HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point); and offer companies risk evaluation (original proprietary methodology based on the method of Banque de France and Konan&Holder) and the relevant business planning, including the need of R&D.
The development of systems covering the requirements of different standards is performed on the basis of proprietary methodology, which allows the full integration of the relevant separate systems into the company management system. Thus, in addition to the compliance with the different standards and norms, the company will have in place an efficient management system, which will increase its competitiveness both on the Bulgarian and international markets. In the management design field we have developed and delivered, on the basis of our proprietary know-how, more than 50 systems, out of which more than 45 have been successfully introduced.
We hold a leading position in the construction products FPC market.
